Returns
If any item you purchased from The Nights and Days London does not meet your expectations—whether it is defective, damaged, or not as described—you may return it for a refund.
To expedite the process and help us improve our service, please attach clear photos of the item(s) received when contacting our customer service team at thenightsanddayslondon@gmail.com.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, contact our customer service team. We will provide return instructions tailored to your order.
Important: Return addresses may vary depending on the item and shipping origin. Please do not send items back without first contacting us.
Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- This includes any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges.
- Original shipping fees (if paid) are non-refundable.
- The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and/or purchasing shipping insurance, especially for high-value items. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items and are not responsible for delays or lost packages in transit.
Requirements for Returned Items
Returned items must meet the following criteria:
- Unused and undamaged
- In original packaging (if possible)
- Accompanied by your name, email address, and order number
For hygiene reasons, opened bedding or used items cannot be returned unless defective or not as described.
We may not accept returns for items not in original packaging. Gift cards, clearance/sale items, and custom-made items are non-returnable.
Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion if returned items are used, damaged, or incomplete, and the issue is not due to our error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within one business week (excluding any customs duties or fees).
Please note: Bank and credit card processing times may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If more than one business week has passed since your refund approval:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your card issuer or bank for an update.

Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for items that are defective or damaged.
Please contact us to arrange an exchange. In all other cases, we recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once the return is processed, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or if it was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser and they will be notified.
International Customers
Customs Duties and Fees:
International customers may be responsible for any customs charges incurred during return shipping.
Estimated Return Times:
Please allow extra time for international returns to be processed due to customs clearance procedures.
