Refund Policy for The Nights and Days London
Returns
If any items you purchased from The Nights and Days London fail to meet your expectations, including being defective, damaged, or not as described, you can return them for a refund. Please attach photos of the items you received to your email when contacting our customer service team to expedite the return process and help us improve our quality of service.
Return Window
Customers have 30 days from the date of receiving their order to request a return. You can initiate a return by contacting our customer service team via email at thenightsanddayslondon@gmail.com. We will provide you with further instructions specific to the return process.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. This includes any additional costs associated with returns, such as customs duties or fees.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable if you paid.
- The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
Requirements for Returned Goods
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging (if possible).
- We may not be able to accept returns for items that are not in their original packaging, so please try to maintain the original packaging whenever possible.
- Include your name, email address, and order number with the returned items.
- Gift cards are not returnable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification confirming receipt and informing you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within one business week, excluding any applicable customs duties or fees.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after one business week of receiving the approval notification, please check your bank account again. You can then contact your credit card company or bank for further assistance, as processing times may vary. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact our customer service team at thenightsanddayslondon@gmail.com.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at thenightsanddayslondon@gmail.com. We will work with you to find a suitable replacement.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.
Shipping
- The Nights and Days London is not responsible for any delays or lost packages during the return process. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance for expensive items, as we cannot guarantee the return of your items.
