Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $50.00 USD. If your order total is below $50, a standard shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on your location.


Where do you ship from?

All of our products are shipped directly from our overseas manufacturers. This allows us to offer a wider product selection, consistent quality, and competitive pricing. Our main manufacturers are based in trusted locations across Asia.


How long will it take to receive my order?

We divide delivery into two stages:

  • Processing Time: 3 to 8 business days
    (This includes order confirmation, quality check, packing, and handing over to the courier.)

    (Transit time once your order has been dispatched.)

In most cases, orders under $135 in value are not subject to import VAT or duties in countries like the UK, but this can vary depending on your location and local regulations. Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes or customs fees upon delivery.
