  • Free shipping on orders over £60.
  • If your item is in stock at our UK warehouse, delivery typically takes 3 business days.

If your item ships from one of our overseas partners, please allow:

  • Processing time: 3–5 business days
  • Delivery time: 7–14 business days after dispatch

Note: Most of our products are fulfilled by our international partners in China and South Korea.
While we hold limited stock in our UK warehouse, many orders are shipped directly from overseas to ensure a broader product selection.
We appreciate your understanding and are working to expand local inventory for quicker deliveries.

International (Worldwide)

  • Free worldwide shipping on orders over £60.
  • For orders under £60., a flat shipping fee of £15 applies.

Orders may ship from our partners in China, South Korea, or the United Kingdom.

  • Delivery time: 7–14 business days after dispatch

  • Import Duties & Taxes:
    Import taxes or customs duties may apply based on your country's regulations and are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Split Shipments
  • If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages from different locations.
    You will not be charged extra for split deliveries.

    We are not responsible for delays, losses, or extra fees due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
    If a package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for resending.
